Come down to Kogarah to experience a true South American taste right here is Sydney.Executive pastry chef Kurt Bieder is joined with his wife Wendy in bringing you some of the best latino delicacies available.With over 23 years in the professional cooking spotlight, Kurt adapted well to the transition of cooking traditional south american foods when he and his wife took on the Sugarloaf adventure 3 years ago.Kurt has worked in his own european patisserie for 15 years and also worked in 5 star hotels in Sydney. Kurts family back in Germany and Switzerland and also heavily involved in the bakery industry, so it was naturally in his blood from a very young age.Together with Wendy also having 10 years in the hospitality industry its easy to see why Sugarloaf is fast becoming the place to be seen.Kurt worked closely with his coffee supplier Numero Uno to design a tailor made coffee blend exclusive to Sugarloaf using only Rainforest Alliance beans from South American origin.
